My name is Rachel, and I call myself The Wandering Medium for a few reasons. Quite literally, I tend to wander, exploring new places, meeting new people, and taking my work as a psychic medium wherever life happens to lead me. But the wandering doesn’t stop there. I wander creatively, too, following whatever sparks my curiosity and exploring all sorts of ways to make, create, and share a little something meaningful with others.
About Me
My sensitivity to spirit has been with me since childhood, but it wasn’t until I was 24 that something shifted and brought me back to a part of myself I had long tucked away. What started as curiosity quickly became one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Intuitive work is something I hope to keep exploring, growing with, and carrying wherever I wander. Being able to use it to bring a little healing, comfort, or connection to someone else is incredibly special to me, and I’m genuinely honored every time someone trusts me to make that connection.

What emerges often reflects something meaningful about where you are, what you’re moving through, or a little something your spirit wants you to see. Each piece includes a written interpretation to help you connect more deeply with the symbolism.
